RULES:
* You must submit a courtesy copy including memorandum in support to
the division at the time of filing to receive a rule date.
* You must deliver
to the division a courtesy copy of any opposition memorandum in
compliance with Rule 9.9.
* You must include a completed sheriff’s return at the time of
filing to ensure service of your rule.
