First City Court) and/or LAND
(Mortgage and Conveyance Offices) record access.
Our online records, also available at the Civil Courts Building,
include:
Civil District Court
Index
- Civil cases with activity from 1985 to date; First City Court
Index - Cases with activity from 1988 to date;
Mortgage
Index - Mortgages from 9/21/87, Chattels from 3/1/88, Charters
from 4/4/88, and Partnerships from 5/31/88, to date; Conveyance
Index - 1989 to date; and Attorney Bar
Rolls

HOW DO I PAY FOR A REMOTE ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION?
There are 2 different
subscriptions available:
Annual Subscription - $500.00
Monthly Subscription - $100.00
Checks and
Credit Cards are
the only forms of payment accepted. However, only credit
cards are accepted online.
